Getting involved at community level, as well as group level, will really increase your success. Here are some of the ways to get to know other GC members.
Facebook Group

Our Facebook group is a great place to engage with other members. Get involved, post, share things that other members might find useful and comment and like other people’s posts too. And if you don’t use Facebook as a business channel that’s ok. Simply connect with members on your channel of choice to carry on the conversations!
Not sure how to utilise the Facebook group? This video will give you some useful hints and tips about how to engage and the dos and don’ts of Facebook groups.
Member Directory

You can download a copy of our member directory. This spreadsheet is updated monthly so that you can see who’s who in The Growth Community.
If you would like an introduction to a specific member please ask, otherwise the best way to connect is to look for them on LinkedIn and say hi!
Visiting Other Groups
Members can visit other groups as many times as they like. However, please remember that our groups are single category. If there is someone in the group you want to visit who does what you do, then it is the member’s discretion as to whether you may attend. Why not make friends with them and see if there is an opportunity to collaborate? If you are unable to attend a group because your catetogy is taken, you’ll find plenty of other options to connect with other members on this page.
If you wish to attend another group simply book on via the website (and don’t forget to mention you are a member of another group when you attend!)
Annual Awards

Every year we come together to celebrate our combined success and recognise some of the high achievers across our community. There are awards for Member, Group and Venue of the Year as well as recognising newcomers, most improved and the people who shout out about us. It’s another great networking opportunity and a wonderful way to showcase how well we are #WorkingTogether. You can find out more on our Recognition page.
